Japanese name[]
Online dictionaries tend to list "ゲスパー" as a combo between ESPer (like the article mentions) and "下衆" (gesu), meaning low-life. It's mostly used as an online slang term, identical to "下衆の勘繰り" (a petty-minded suspicion of one's actions).
It doesn't necessarily fit the enemy, but it's the most common attribution to the name I've seen. Staurophobia (talk) 14:15, March 28, 2020 (UTC)
