<title>iwlwifi: add new FWs from core63-136 release</title>

Add the -66.ucode firmwares for the hardware supported in v5.15.  The
driver in v5.15 supports API version -66, so we need these binaries in
order to use the latest firmwares supported in the kernel LTS release.
