We have just migrated from 3.0.1 to 3.0.5 and noticed that we cannot select text inside cells anymore.
After some debug and investigations we found that the code that causes the selection not to work anymore is this:

          $elm.on('mousedown', preventMouseDown);

Let me mention that cellNav is enabled in our setup.

Could there be an option introduced to choose if the text selection should be disabled or not? Or how should we get around this problem?
