400 Honey Pot Error when tryign to create an account

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. GO to https://www.python.org/users/membership without being logged in
2. Click on "Sign Up"
3. Fill out fields and try and submit
4. 💥

NO boom

Additional context
Removing the ?next=... from the URL when visiting the login page removes the issue.
