I use VIM: :%> will increase indentation, :%retab will repear tabs (et=expandtab needed or you can use %s/\t/ /g - will change all tabs to spaces)

Step 3 from Notepad++ worked with Sublime Text: View / Indentation / Convert Indentation to Spaces
