This is identical to my attempted answer, except that you are not using a counter variable, and -instead- effectively using count=size(A)*size(B) -- agree?

I re-pasted my answer again. Please have a look ASAP before wrongs happen again and it gets deleted. Basically wrong people made the wrong decision to vote for deleting it, and there was enough wrong people that managed to wrongfully delete my answer.
