Feb 22, 2019 at 23:52 comment added user4831795 but where does it says that x is an identifier? does that mean a symbol table is a 3 column table having 'name'=x , 'type' ='identifier(id)', pointer ='0' as a particular entry?then it must have some other entry like 'name'=while, 'type' ='keyword', pointer ='21' ??
