    I think it's good to comment when I down-vote and it is a practice that's also encouraged by S.E. I don't see why five years are relevant. The same comment applies to all similar answers -- nothing personal. (BTW even the most obscure program can be be installed by default on some distribution. In this case I've tested recent installations of Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS and RedHat and units is not) Commented Sep 18, 2017 at 13:44
