Confidence in the European media sector is set to continue in 2005 according to the latest Media Insights report from PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance.


EUROPEAN MEDIA SECTOR: M&A confidence continues
M&A activity in the European media sector levelled out during 2004 following strong growth in the second half of 2003. However, an increased number of deals for the full year coupled with sustained half yearly momentum demonstrated a steady climb-back from the trough of 2002, indicating the media M&A arena will remain worth watching in 2005.
