The Role:

Maple Lodge Farms is seeking an accomplished operations leader to oversee one of the organization's most significant manufacturing portfolios. Reporting to the Vice-President, Operations & Logistics, the Senior Director, Operations - Further Processing provides strategic and operational leadership across further processing facilities, overseeing the production of ready-to-eat and tray pack products. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering a major manufacturing expansion while ensuring the business achieves its operational, commercial, and financial objectives through operational excellence, profitability, and successful execution of the business case.

Leading through a team of senior operational leaders, the successful candidate will build high-performing teams, foster positive labour relations, and develop strong partnerships across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Sales, Product Development, Human Resources, and Continuous Improvement. - Valid G license; willing to work toward an AZ or DZ license.
