This website is dedicated to America's Pedals.
What started on January 20, 2009, as a site focused on DOD's FX Series pedals is steadily growing into something much bigger: a living archive
for everything DOD and DigiTech. My goal is simple, even if it is a little ambitious. I want this to become the #1 independent history archive
and database of DOD/DigiTech pedals and accessories in the world. The only way to really do that is to bring as much of the story as possible
under one roof. Lofty goals? Absolutely. But worthwhile, because I truly believe this work will do a lot of good and live on long after I am
gone.
Yes, these pedals are a blast to collect, and even more fun to play, but what really drives me is the bigger picture. The collection I am building
supports the website, the research, and the pedal community itself. If somebody ever has a question about one of these pedals, there is a good
chance I can simply pull one off the wall, put it on the bench, and get the answer.
There will always be plenty of pictures here, but taking this deeper into video opens up a whole new side of the story. And I can tell you this
from the perspective of a 50-year guitar player and lifelong pedal geek: the more examples of these amazing pedals I get in my hands, the more
I realize DOD and DigiTech still have plenty of little stories, quirks, and hidden insights left to uncover.
