DELICIOUSLY REFRESHING RECIPE WITH SWEETIE PIE FLAVORED COFFEE:
THE PLAYFUL PUMPKIN
WHAT YOU NEED (for 1-2 servings)
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Paramount Roasters’ Pumpkin Pie ground coffee
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1-2 tablespoon syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and crumbled pecans for garnish
HOW TO MAKE
- Bring to simmer milk, pumpkin, oats, syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt. Heat and stir until pumpkin dissolves and liquid starts to thicken. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy.
- Pour into 2 mugs or bowls, then pour 1/4 cup coffee over each. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and pecans.
