The Good Stuff
I grew up in South Louisiana eating file' gumbo but I moved to Texas 2 years ago and can't get gumbo file' here. So I purchased some file' online from the far east because the price was really good. But the quality was terrible and I had to throw out a whole pot of gumbo due to the terrible flavor. So I went back online and bought this product. Zataran's is a brand I trust and have used before with good results. This gumbo file' was a reasonable price and the quality is just what it should be. My gumbo comes out just right with quality file' like this.
