Directions

Mix 1/4 teaspoon of Pomona's Universal Pectin with 1 cup of fruit. Add 1/4 teaspoon of calcium water (included with the pectin) to the fruit and pectin mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and skim any foam. Pour into jars and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
