I bought these pans a year ago and I still super love them. I waited to do this review until I could honestly say they were "well used". I do not like to cook at all (that is an understatement) and these pans are so nice, they make that task much less annoying. They are used every day whether I actually want to cook or not (I don't) and even a year later the inside coating still looks brand new. I don't even have a problem with stuff sticking to the grill pan and I've had two grill pans previously that I have just thrown away. The only two smallish negative things I have about them are that they are super heavy (which can also be a pro) and that the outside coating does scratch off a little(this may be only on the bronze ones, as I've seen a well used set in the matte black and there were no real scratches on those), but that to me is not a big deal because these pans cook so well, I don't care. I do not put them in the dishwasher, I use silicone baking tools, and I put cushions between the frying pans when I stack them, but that is the only "special" care I use for these pans. If you love to cook but hate to clean, I have more good news--these pans clean up in a flash! No extra crazy scrubbing or scraping required--a quick soapy bath and rinse in the sink and your pans are clean-which means you're free to do other things. Other notes: Arrived on time and well packed. I would definitely buy these again, but hopefully they last forever (or at least until I can hire a personal chef) and I can add the additional pans to my collection instead.

I spent over 2 weeks looking at pot and pan sets and their respective reviews. I was fairly impressed with the reviews on this product and looked at it on different sites. When I received the set I was pleasantly surprised. The color was perfect for my kitchen. I'm the cook in my family and only want to use the best. I do have other people in the family that "cook" from time to time and they like to use metal on non-stick which has always driven my nuts! I sat the entire family down and told them that these do NOT go in the dish washer, these do NOT get scrapped with metal utensils. So far so good. What I didn't tell them is that they theoretically can use metal on them. I like the fact that they get hand washed with each use. They look as new as the day I purchased them.

This set is missing certain items that I felt are needed in a family of 5. I purchased the 12" covered Deep Skillet, the 4.5 Qt Stock Pot and the 3.5Qt covered sauce pan. The quality of the products are a bit miss matched. They tend to use different gauge metal for different products that bear the same name. That would be my one and only complaint. The non-stick is amazing and I have owned many "non-stick" pots and pans. This is by far the best that I have ever seen. NOTHING sticks to them on the inside or outside. I have been using them for about 8 months and they are perfect for everyday use.

In all this set looks and acts as advertised. Try and get it when it's on sale as it is a fairly expensive set, but worth every penny!

Have paid twice as much for other pans that weren’t nearly as good as these! They are thick and heavy so they don’t warp. The non stick surface doesn’t scratch off like most. They have even heat distribution on both our gas burners and our electric range. They are easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. The handles don’t get hot and they don’t fall apart. Even the matching utensils are amazing. 8 years and every pot, pan, lid, and utensil is still in excellent condition. Just bought 2 more pieces to add to my set. Absolutely love these!!!

This is our second set of Anolon nonstick cookware. Our first set lasted 25 years! These are with out a doubt the best non stick cookware out there. Heavy, great handles. They are so efficient low flame cooks like medium high. Medium heat will sear anything . . .very efficient! The coating on my first set never came off. I was younger and seriously abused these . . Metal utensils, high heat, dishwasher, stacked them etc. So yes they got some minor scratches. Decided to buy these and be smart. So I read some bad ratings on these and I have to think that they did not follow the rules of non stick cookware. NO HIGH HEAT! DON' LET FLAMES COME UP THE SIDES, NO METAL UTENSILS! (I know Anolon says you can but don't) NO DISHWASHER! DO NOT STACK! The quality, weight, heat distribution are all top notch. I love the cool to touch handles on pans and lids. If you want high heat for blackening or super high searings use a good seasoned iron pan, not these . . . They will last a lifetime!

I waited a while to review these... because well you never know how they will turn out after using them for a while.

I am taking a star off because the packaging is pretty lacking despite this being a $300 set. They are crammed into this very small box, with only cardboard to hold everything in place and cushion anything. My set came with a damaged lid because of this. I would honestly prefer a bigger box and better padding given the price of this set, such that I don't have to deal with ordering a replacement lid.

On to the actual performance on the product...

I've cooked pretty regularly in these, bacon especially in the 11inch grill pan, and was pretty concerned about burned-on grease stains (for the record I don't use a heat over medium on my electric stove top due to how well these pans conduct heat). These get HOT on medium (and after only a few minutes).

There is some noticeable scratching occurring in one of my pots (small pot that I have only used a wooden spoon in). I will likely call Anolon and get it replaced as I would not expect a wooden spoon to be scuffing the anodized nonstick, seems odd to me.

I use a metal fork when cooking bacon in the 11inch grill pan, and after about 30 bacon-cooking sessions, it looks exactly the same as it did when I first started, not any wear, and no burned-on grease stains.

I've pain fried in the skillet and then transitioned directly to the oven (350F) and had no issues. As recommended I only hand-wash all the pots/pans/lids.

I normally do not write reviews however I just wanted to say that this pot and pan set is well worth the money which I was very hesitant to buy. After reading other reviews I thought I take a chance on a quality pot and pan set for my wife for V-Day's because nothing says I love you like a well cooked meal for her husband. J/K But she absolutely loves this set has thrown out and gave away her old pots and pan set from multiple so called non stick pan companies. Clean up is VERY easy except sometimes around the two rivets but still comes off easier than any pot I've had to clean. The pans do heat up quicker and they are utensil safe but we don't do it much and there hasn't been a scratch or flaking on the pans. My wife does like that she can put these in the oven as well but just not over 400 degrees F. The packing was well done and made it all the way to Germany with no damages. Over all the price is high but I would do it all over again for peace of mind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

I had originally purchased the 8" open skillet alone to try out the product before investing in the entire set. This was over a year and a half ago, and the single purchase has held up incredibly well, I use it daily, sometimes twice a day. I made the investment and bought this entire set, which had been in my wish list for some time. I am very happy with the purchase, the pans are truly non stick, easy clean up, and the pans have a nice weight and feel to them, they do not feel cheap at all compared to a couple of other name brand pans that I had purchased previously and were terrible.

I do follow the recommended instructions for hand wash, and temp settings, which I think has also made a difference in the life cycle of the non stick coating. Although they say they are metal utensil safe, I only use silicone. I think they are worth every penny! A friend of mine also purchased the entire set after using mine on a recent visit, he liked them so much.

I had returned two other sets of cookware (Rachel Ray and the Mineral something). Ray's was way too cheap, although I liked the color and the Mineral brand was way too heavy. I feel like Goldilocks saying this but it was the perfect set of cookware. It's durable, I use my metal spoons inside of it without scratching, and washing them is a breeze. The product does say you don't need to use Pam spray on it so I tested it with an egg. Highly recommend you use Pam or oil before sauteeing food, it is just a easier clean up. The egg did stick to the pan, but it wasn't awful. I have an orange/brown granite countertop and the Bronze color looks really nice in the kitchen. Who knew one who doesn't cook much would actually love her pots and pans. Planning on buying a 2nd medium saucepan soon b/coz I like to make 2 soups at same time when cooking for the next week's meals.

These are great pots and pans. I even bought an additional 2 quart pot (with pouring spouts and lid) to round out the set. They’re easy to use and super easy to clean. Very nice quality, no spinning on the stovetop. So far, the best set of cookware I’ve ever owned — and I’ve had a few...

Love the whole set and have the wok and small saucepan with spout also. Great to cook with easy clean and great value for the whole set. Very pleased and the bronze looks great in my kitchen.

After 1year the smaller frying pan are not non stick. They look fine but food sticks badly to them
