Each serving size (3 capsules) contains: Vitamins (A, C, D, E, K, B6, B12), Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate, Biotin, Acids (Pantothenic, Alpha lipoic), Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Manganese, Chromium, Potassium, Boron, Vanadium, Mixed carotenoid blend, Choline, Inositol, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Extracts (Saw palmetto, Pygeum, Green tea, Grape, Pomegranate, Maca, Astragalus), Lycopene, Red wine grape concentrate. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule, ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules, 1-2 times daily, with meals.
