Batch read file name and change content creation date - batch

I am complete novice here, so please accept my apologies in advance.

I have a lot of photos/videos named: 2012-04-05 19.21.34.jpg Somehow

Somehow, the creation date has been completely changed however.

Is there a way to replace the creation date with the info from the filename?
