Circles is a daily practice for staying close to the people who matter.
You place the people in your life in three circles: the handful you'd call first, the friends you see and message often, and the wider circle you want to keep the door open with. For each person you choose a rhythm, a call every week, a message every few days, whatever fits. Circles does the remembering.
EVERY MORNING
A short list of who to reach out to today, ordered by closeness, with a line of context for each person so you have the right words ready. Mark it called, messaged or met, and the card is gone.
THREE CIRCLES
See everyone at a glance, grouped by how close they are, with the last time you were in touch. Add important dates so a birthday or an exam never slips past.
YOUR MONTH, WRITTEN TO YOU
At the end of each month, Membership sends you a letter about how it went: the rhythms you kept, the ones you let slide, the silences you ended, the people you saw in person. Not a report. A note written for you. Plus a year in review and a forecast of how each circle is doing.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your contacts and notes are yours. No ads, no selling data, no social feed. Sign in with Apple or Google, delete your account in one tap.
The daily practice is free. Membership adds the monthly letters and your year in review, as a yearly or monthly subscription through the App Store.

Add a rhythm for seeing someone in person right when you add them, next to calls and messages.
Your notes are now encrypted on our servers: nobody with access to the database can read them.
Also: the "+1 day" count on Today now matches the Plan ahead list, clearer messages when the app cannot reach the server, and small fixes.
