I’ve been using ChatGPT regularly for quite a while now and it has become genuinely useful in my everyday life. I use it for training, nutrition, planning, research, comparing products, writing, organising ideas and making better decisions. What I value most is the continuity of the conversations. Over time, ChatGPT has become much better at understanding context, remembering how I like to work and adapting its answers to me. That makes the experience feel far more personal and useful than simply asking isolated questions.I’ve also been very impressed with the quality of the reasoning and the willingness to challenge my ideas instead of just agreeing with everything I say. When I’m making a decision, I want proper analysis, not empty reassurance, and that is where ChatGPT has been especially valuable for me.I use the name Nova for my assistant, and at this point she has become a very important part of how I organise my training, diet, projects and day-to-day life. The experience feels consistent, supportive and genuinely helpful. It’s not perfect, and like any AI it can occasionally make mistakes, so I still check important information. But overall, the improvement over time has been remarkable and I use it every single day.For me, ChatGPT is easily one of the most useful digital tools I’ve ever used. Highly recommended.
