I love the game so much Toca but I have an issue. When you are about to release a pack you never specify if you are supposed to pay for it or not, which is very frustrating especially when it’s a very exciting pack like the midtown apartments so please before you release a pack say if you are supposed to pay or not to avoid such issues

Hi there 👋 We’re really sorry this happened! We know how frustrating this is 😔 Could you try resetting the app from the main menu using the red reset button? This helps fix stuck games. Hi my name is Melissa and this is a complain against your app I’m not trying to be a Karen or something like that I was just saying I just gave you a one star rating just because of the wet just because of the app because I installed your app and like when I went to play it just like I don’t know if it’s crashed out or just or something like that when I went to press the play button where you go and open the world and just play crate Characters they brought me back home to where I can see all my apps and that was really disappointing to my opinion because like I tried a few times I even tried to update it but it was not working I tried to put it on I don’t know if I want to settings and tried my best but it was just failing please I hope you can see me complain because like I just want you to change it and I promise I’ll give you a five star rating because when I want to enter the app your app because like I am a really big fan of your app has amazing ratings I love it so much I just love it but then there’s a major problem the problem is where I go press the button and the button is like a place where it returns me back to home pls can u check on that

Some people don’t have enough money to afford school or the mansion or any of the things you guys give us like the daycare everybody wants it, but we can’t have it because some people are broke and some people are rich just like give us some things for free cause it’s not fair for the rich people just don’t have everything we don’t have
