Great Game, But Mac Users Are Left Behind!

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to the developers. The game runs incredibly well, and it's clear that a massive amount of work is being put into optimization and balance updates. Honestly, considering that this is a free-to-play title, the current balance makes the gameplay experience absolutely fantastic.However, I do have one burning question: Why is there still no native version for macOS?Even World of Tanks Blitz has native Mac support! It’s a bit frustrating that we have to jump through hoops to play Diablo Immortal on a Mac when other major free-to-play games figured this out a long time ago. Please, Blizzard, bring a native client to macOS—the community really needs it!

Can’t play the game normally

I can’t play game normally, when game is launched on main screen with Diablo I can’t enter character selection because there is no server selection all in game content downloaded, then I have to fix client in order to get server selection available and get me access to my character, when this procedure is done all in game content is gone somewhere and I can’t enter the world because I have to download it back again, I have been downloading it several times 5-6 but I am exhausted of that, reached lvl 40 through all struggle. Game is nice problem with client makes me sad will quit the game for now, hope you will fix it some day.

I really enjoy this game, this game brings me to my childhood when I was playing the second part. One thing I’d ask you is to add Ukrainian language to the game, at least only text. Please, do it, a lot of Ukrainians are playing this game right now, and the will be happy to see their own language in the game. Thank you!

Information vacuum and bugs

So weird that the game has a huge community but blizzard almost doesn’t communicate with us. News are almost always outdated, bugs (like bosses health restoration) aren’t fixed. Feels like they just don’t care till the game gives them money. To say nothing about regular crashes. The game could be a masterpiece but the attitude is just..without any love to the gamers. Just an example: the severs are not available now, but you need to guess cuz u just can’t login. No timer, u need to search for information your own. And it’s complicated. And again it feels like they just don’t care. I feel Blizzard like a wife I don’t love anymore cuz realised she never loved me, but got used too much to divorce
