As Henkel celebrates 150 years, we're investing in the future of the next generation! 🧑🔬🔬 By 2030, we will expand our global STEM education initiative, Researchers' World, with five new permanent learning locations around the world, including a new STEM center at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany. What started 15 years ago has already inspired more than 130,000 children across 20+ countries through hands-on science and learning experiences. She came for an internship, then built a 12-year career. 🚀 Adriana joined Henkel as a Graduate Intern, planning to gain experience for a year before returning to Colombia. With no professional experience beyond her studies, she was trusted with hands-on projects in manufacturing plants from the very beginning. That experience sparked a passion for using data and technology to make a real impact. ✨ Her one-year plan turned into a global career journey, taking Adriana from Rocky Hill, USA, to Mexico City, Mexico, where she grew as a Project Analyst. 🌎 Today, as Engineering Director in Bay Point, USA, she leads a team that supports execution and improvement of the day-to-day processes, as well as modernizing the aerospace operation driving future-ready initiatives through innovation and advanced digital solutions.
