Across the Men's and Women's State of Origin series’, an incredible 37 tries were scored, helping generate donations of $100,000 for the NSW and $85,000 for the QLD Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Services through Westpac's Tries for Lives initiative. For every try scored by the men and women’s teams during their State of Origin campaigns, we donated $5,000. It was a proud moment to join the rescue helicopter crews, our State General Managers, NSW Blues players Isabelle Kelly, Jessica Sergis and Cameron Murray, and Maroons players Lauren Brown and JoJo Fifita at their helicopter bases to hand over the donations and celebrate the impact these lifesaving services have on local communities. A huge thank you to the teams, players and fans who helped make every try count.
