We kicked off our first Onboarding Day of 2026 at our Chippendale Campus, bringing together new starters from HelloFresh and Youfoodz for an afternoon of connection, learning, and a little culinary creativity. 👩🍳👨🍳 The session was designed to give our newest team members a deeper look into HelloFresh ANZ: who we are, how we work, and the impact we create, while also giving them the chance to get to know one another from day one. After the info session, things got hands-on. Our new starters headed to the test kitchen to let their inner MasterChef shine, preparing a HelloFresh meal and sharing an early dinner as newly minted teammates. It was a great afternoon filled with energy, collaboration, and plenty of laughs, exactly the kind of start we love to see. It was fantastic to catch up with some of the Youfoodz team yesterday in Queensland, and discuss the strength and success of the partnership with Diabetes Australia. At Youfoodz, building the future of food means investing in the talent behind it. We’re proud to spotlight our Food Technology interns, Aparnaa Meganathan and Shamita Jaiganesh, who have brought curiosity, precision, and a strong passion for innovation to the team. Both currently pursuing their Master’s at The University of Queensland, they’ve translated academic knowledge into real-world impact, from supporting product trials and technical documentation to contributing to system transitions and sensory evaluations. As Shamita shared, “This experience has shaped the way I approach problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement,” while Aparnaa highlighted how “eye-opening” it’s been to see the level of detail and coordination behind every product. Beyond their technical contributions, they’ve also embraced the full Youfoodz experience ����️ Shamita’s top picks? The Mexican Burrito Bowl and Red Velvet Brownie for a balance of nutrition and indulgence. As a proud industry partner of Diabetes Australia, it was inspiring to connect with the leaders, clinicians, and researchers shaping the future of diabetes care in Australia. We’re not just talking about change; we’re delivering it. 💚 On our way to deliver over 1,000,000 meals to Australians nationwide.  💚 Donated 50c from every Diabetes Australia-endorsed meal sold directly back to Diabetes Australia to fund vital support and research.  💚 Reduced over 600kg of sodium from the Australian diet through our reformulated range. During the networking reception, attendees got a first-hand taste of our Healthy Balance Diabetes Australia Endorsed Range. These meals are specifically designed with balanced macros for blood sugar control, featuring high fibre, low-GI carbohydrates, and reduced sodium and sugar.
