Project managing the transformation of global company policies and processes in line with the approaching GDPR law in Europe. This project involves the introduction of consent processes, data retention management automation, employee education programmes, and the introduction of "right to be forgotten" processes.

Project managing the exploration and transformation of Ambition's cyber-security protection systems and processes. This project includes penetration testing, the introduction of two-factor authentication, and a full-scale analysis of the company's overall data security.

Managing the transition of company email services from multiple internal Exchange servers to cloud-based Office 365 Exchange. This resulted in increased guaranteed uptime while reducing resource maintenance costs and negating the pain of mailbox size limitations.

Project managing the refurbishment of the Ambition head office, not limited to technology requirements. This included network connected TVs in desired locations, increased Wi-Fi capabilities, and a highly functional boardroom with large TV, quality audio, and central control for multiple sources.

Introducing a helpdesk, asset inventory and knowledge base solution, increasing the IT team’s use of ITIL practices through its structure.

Implementation of a full scale videoconferencing system, lowering travel costs and increasing collaboration and communication across the company.

Implementing a cloud-based contractor management solution, bringing online timesheets, automated invoicing and online contract agreement to the business for the first time.

Project managing and implementing a global SharePoint-based Intranet, with shared information and collaboration being the two major design goals.

Implemented secure, green-influenced printer management service including follow me printing processes, saving money while increasing security.

Project managing the implementation of Bullhorn's recruitment CRM across the global business. This project included full business requirement and product analyses, and a two-stage rollout to allow for appropriate support and training to minimize the impact on company performance.

Developed updated Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans in line with major changes to the company network and related technologies.

Project managing the deletion of acquired IP to maximise claimable tax for depreciation of intangible assets. This work resulted in a significant, full-profit rebate to the business.

Project managing the introduction of an expense management system into Ambition. The main objective of this implementation was to provide more accurate entertainment and event expense reporting, lowering our annual FBT payments.

Project managing the design and implementation of a cost-effective, high-performing and secure global network, in line with Ambition's move from local server infrastructure to cloud based services. This project was delivered on time, and all objectives were met.

Project managing the merger of multiple regional ERP systems (Microsft NAV and GP) into a single, cloud hosted solution. Wrapped up in this project was the standardization of our payroll systems, financial reporting and processes across the globe.
