"In the era of AI, we need to enable our teams to work as if they have no security concerns, while we keep everything under control and secured." Matan Keret, principal architect at NiCE, on keeping thousands of developers moving fast without losing control of security. 💜 Here's how NiCE does just that with Aikido Security -> https://lnkd.in/g4qXUWYs

Three Connect portfolio companies made this year’s Sifted 250 - Sifted’s ranking of Europe’s fastest-growing startups by revenue 🚀 Huge congrats to Aikido Security, ranked #3 in all of Europe with 947% two-year revenue growth. The founders set out to make security simple for teams that don’t have a big security department. Seeing that mission translate into this kind of growth has been incredible. As Madeline Lawrence put it, Willem was someone “who was pissed off, didn’t sleep, could do the impossible. He was living the pain of the existing cyber tools - and that helped the team get to product-market fit very fast." Also on the list: → Dust → Hopkins We back founders at the very beginning, so it's pretty special to see three of those teams now among Europe’s fastest-growing companies. Huge congratulations to all 👏. https://lnkd.in/dKH39f-z

Betterleaks v2 is coming. Actually it's kinda already here. Check out the release candidate for v2.0.0. Folks, we got faster scanning, credential analysis, explicit revocation, and a proper Go API. Did I mention it's fast? https://lnkd.in/gM7VK9BM I hope you enjoy my "uhms", "aahhs", and sick capcut skills --- v1 will continue to be maintained on the `v1.x` branch. v2 tracks `main`
lodash 4.17.21 has been the default version in JavaScript projects for over 5 years. 32 million weekly downloads, still. It carries CVE-2026-4800, CVSS 8.1: an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability via _.template. Most teams won't know they're exposed by checking their own package.json, because lodash is rarely a direct dependency anymore. It's buried in whatever else you depend on, often in more than one location. That's what makes this hard to fix. Bumping your own pin doesn't touch the copies you don't control. Each one needs its own override, and each override risks breaking something it was never tested against. Two related prototype pollution issues, CVE-2026-2950 and CVE-2025-13465, sit alongside it. The maintainers already shipped the fix, in 4.18.x. The hard part is finding every place it needs to apply, and testing all of it. Aikido Libraries backports that same validation onto the 4.17.21/4.17.23 versions and applies it wherever lodash resolves in your dependency tree. Delivered as a normal, reviewable pull request, you close an unauthenticated RCE in only minutes. Patch lodash today: https://lnkd.in/dk-ZWX4Z
