One of the key questions in banking today is: how can AI be used to deliver more personalized experiences to customers – at scale?     I am proud of the work Capgemini has done with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. to tackle this very problem. The bank had to think about how to engage and delight more than 5 million retail clients (as well as 365,000 commercial clients).     Working with our partners at Microsoft, we helped the bank create Rikkie – a GenAI infused chatbot that provides more natural, one-on-one interactions. And this is only the beginning – this project will be a foundation for ABN AMRO to develop further agentic solutions to serve users in a way that’s helpful and secure.     The most interesting part of this project is that it started with a profound question: what is the bank’s vision for its future of customer service?
