  • Patients newly referred for outpatient consultation due to LEAD or AAA who are treated conservatively or enrolled in AAA surveillance.

  • Patients in outpatient clinics; referred for vascular surgery due to LEAD, SCS or AAA

  • Patients≥18 years of age

  • Patients diagnosed with dementia

  • Patients previously enrolled in the DanVasc

  • Terminal diagnosis documented in the medical record

  • Patients referred for endoleak after AAA repair

  • Patients with LEAD referred for amputation without revascularisation

  • Patients with SCS planned for conservative treatment
