The collection also features Specialty Pasta, infused with flavours such as Black Truffle, Lemon, and Garlic & Parsley, alongside the Matasse collection of traditional Italian egg pasta cuts. Completing the assortment is Filotea’s Durum Wheat Pasta, crafted in the Marche region from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze-drawn and slow-dried for its signature sauce-holding texture.
