Had a great time at the Metro Inc./Metro Ontario/Food Basics Pharmacy Show discussing the growing conversation around GLP-1s and the importance of supporting the body with the right nutrition. As GLP-1 use continues to grow, nutrition plays an increasingly important role in helping support muscle health, digestive health and overall nutrient intake. Protein, fibre and hydration are key, along with maintaining a healthy gut, which plays an important role in overall health and wellness.
