Hobbs couldn't find a good tasting pickle on the west coast so he opened a pickle tasting bar at Granville Island Market in 2017 so he could have his own supply of the best tasting New York style deli pickles. You can now find Hobbs Pickles in grocery stores across Canada with food service and retail distribution in the east and west.
