    Well… this is a BIG one. After 7½ incredible years of working side by side — building, growing, celebrating some pretty epic wins, learning some even bigger lessons, finding our way through the chaos and, together, building House of MC Sourcing into what it is today — Matthew Delorey is stepping into an exciting new chapter and launching his own company, Simply Sourcing Agency. And I could not be more excited for him and his team. Tim Segato, Shawn LaCourse, Courtney Fullerton Anyone who knows Matthew knows he is a force to be reckoned with in this industry. I’ve had a front-row seat to watching him grow into an incredibly talented sourcing professional, an amazing relationship builder and a trusted industry partner. He has played a huge role in the growth and success of HMCS, and what we’ve built together is something I will always cherish. At some point, you have to take everything you’ve learned, everything you’ve accomplished and bet on yourself. And that’s exactly what he’s doing. This next chapter is so well deserved. Matt — thank you for your friendship, your loyalty, your insane hustle and for believing in US— including helping to create the best team we could have ever imagined. Two companies. Two new chapters.
