At first glance, I thought the same thing about _PHI, but once you understand that it's the negative inverse of Phi, I think it makes just as much sense as PHI_NEGATIVE_INVERSE or NEGATIVE_INVERSE_PHI.

Hi. Welcome to Code Review! It looks like you left an extra i += 3 in your code. Presumably you meant the one with PHI to be just i.
