Exploding Doorbell
Has anyone else experienced the battery on a Ring Doorbell 2024 ver explode on them? We had ours on charge over the weekend, and it started to smoke to the point where the plastic melted and showed the missus with Lithium sparks. Its burnt the carpet, blind and clothing she had on, I have noticed

Pan & Tilt camera - Home Position does not save
Seems to be an issue for lots of other people but no solution or comment from RING? VERY POOR. Purchased 2 new cameras. Set up and neither of them save the new HOME location when setting up. You save the settingss and they both default back to the factoryy settings of pointing to the ceiling! I

Blinking blue light on my food lights
Hello, I moved into my sister‘s home and she is deceased. She has multiple ring equipment. She has two hardwired floodlight security cameras outside that keep blinking blue. It’s not my account so I have no idea how to turn them off. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
