@DestinColeman - neither the Grana Padano nor the Parmigiano I buy in grated packs here in Austria has any additives listed vs. the whole pieces. Not to say that maybe some stuff doesn't need to be listed? But I suspect it's just that it's packed with some gas that inhibits spoiling.
