I don't see it being my main, day to day method of rice cooking... but Persian rice dishes always look so mouth wateringly delicious that I'll definitely be trying the steaming method out. I would very much like to explore middle eastern cooking more beyond the Bahrani Machboos recipe I have. So I'd be happy to take you up on your offer of sharing some recipes please. | |
