This is a fun little knife - exceptionally sharp and useful. I have an Enzo ko-bunka, which I've really liked, but this one, slightly smaller, is even better. I am a small woman, with smaller hands, so a larger person might not enjoy it as much. It may be my new favorite prep knife. We'll see how the edge holds up. Like all carbon steel blades, it needs a little extra TLC to keep from rusting.

The sharpest knife I've purchased right out of the box. It's more than ready to go and feels great and balanced in hand. On my search for the perfect Petty I stumbled on this guy as an alternative. I expect many happy years together.

I wanted this for my collection because of it's rustic look. It's perfect. Haven't used it yet but feels good in the hand and I can see it being one of my favorites. Definitely ordering his little brother. I can't express enough how happy I am with Cutlery and More. Delivery is quick and everything is packed well. Looking forward to adding more to my collection

I wanted something that could handle multiple tasks while being small enough that it stays out of the way in a busy kitchen. This knife is great! It handles everything from breaking down chicken to prepping vegetables to mincing herbs like a champ. It takes an edge super well and holds onto it like a champ. I’m very impressed with how much this little knife can do. It has good blade height with more than adequate knuckle clearance and is small and nimble enough to get tasks done in tight spaces.
