State of Wraps UK 2026: Menu Trends, Flavours and Ingredients

Nearly a third of UK operators now sell wraps. We analysed menus to show where wraps sell, what goes in them and what chains are launching next. Get the key findings in our free report.

Wraps are one of the most flexible formats on UK menus

Wraps turn up in sandwich shops, chicken shops, kebab houses, pizza takeaways and coffee chains, and they take on new flavours easily. That makes them one of the easiest places for suppliers to win a listing, and for operators to test something new.

State of Wraps UK 2026 draws on Datassential UK menu data and LTO tracking to show which cuisines lead the wrap offer, which proteins, carriers and sauces operators use, and what new items UK chains have launched.
