How to Tag

- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question

pg_upgradecommand doesn't work without the-bargument. I probably usedbrew uninstallandbrew installa few times in trying to troubleshoot this problem. Am I stuck? If I just want to start over with an empty local server, how would I do that?
