We brought together senior leaders from banking, real estate, retail, aviation and other industries for an open conversation about scaling enterprise AI. What struck me was that although the industries were completely different, the questions and challenges were strikingly similar: Which use cases can create the biggest impact on the business? How can AI handle complex, end-to-end workflows while maintaining control of the data? What needs to change in the wider operating model? These are exactly the questions we work on every day at Unframe. We help enterprises move from isolated pilots to AI solutions embedded in real workflows. What I enjoyed most was seeing how engaged the room was. People asked questions, challenged ideas and openly shared their perspectives. Thank you to everyone who joined us. Shervin Kellner hat dies geteiltBerlin is heading to the polls and last night, four of its leading candidates had to do what founders do every day: pitch. They had two minutes each to explain how they would strengthen Berlin as a place to start and scale a company. This was followed by direct questions from a jury drawn from the startup ecosystem: Larissa Schneider, Ina Remmers and Maximilian von der Ahé, LL.M.. On stage were Stefan Evers (CDU Deutschlands), Werner Graf (BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN), Steffen Krach (SPD Berlin) and Elif Eralp (#DieLinke). My main takeaway from the evening: Berlin is good at creating startups. It must get better at helping them scale. Growth capital, international talent, faster administration, research transfer and the public sector as a customer were all discussed. The levers are known. What is missing is not another isolated programme. It is execution. The existing pieces need to work together. This is the shift I hope Berlin will make: from individual startup initiatives to a connected scaleup system. Berlin does not need to copy Silicon Valley. It needs to become the best version of Berlin: a place where companies can start, scale and compete globally from here. Was ihr über eure Vision und Werte geteilt habt, Abdulbaki und Marco, ist der Kern der Arbeit. Basierend darauf treffen Psychologie, Luxury Branding und Parfümerie bei aembiance zusammen. Wir freuen uns, den Duft am Gala-Abend der DACH Spa Awards den Gästen zu präsentieren!Shervin Kellner gefällt dasWir haben einen Nachmittag lang an Duftproben gerochen, die noch keinen Namen haben. Gestern saßen Marco Gisonni und ich mit Carla Filip, Leon Debatin und Tino De Paoli von aembiance zusammen, um an unserem Signature Duft für die DACH Spa Awards zu arbeiten. Aembiance ist ein junges Startup, das personalisierte Raumdüfte für die Hospitality Branche entwickelt. Sie sind vor Kurzem mit der Idee einer Partnerschaft auf uns zugekommen, und wir haben schnell zugesagt. Genau das Gespür, mit dem sie an ihre Arbeit gehen, war beim Treffen sofort spürbar. Kein Duft wurde einfach präsentiert. Jede Note wurde erklärt, diskutiert, wieder verworfen, neu zusammengestellt. Ich habe vorher unterschätzt, wie viel Arbeit in so einem Duft steckt. Es geht nicht nur darum, ob etwas gut riecht. Es geht darum, was ein Duft in einem Menschen auslöst, welche Erinnerung, welches Gefühl, welche Assoziation zu Qualität und Ruhe. Genau das soll unser Signature Duft am Ende leisten. Ein Teil der DACH Spa Awards, den man nicht sieht, aber sofort spürt. Fertig sind wir noch nicht. Aber der Nachmittag hat mir gezeigt, wie viel Sorgfalt aembiance in ihre Arbeit steckt, und wie sehr sich unsere Partner auf das Ergebnis freuen können. An AI agent is only as good as what it knows about your business, and for most enterprises that knowledge sits in thirty years of IT history that nobody wired up for an agent to read. Most companies don't have the people to do that wiring, or the time to grow them. I wanted to work on that problem directly. Unframe is a Managed AI Delivery Platform.
