Blowing double 15 Why is my breaker tripping after changing an outlet?

New plugoutlet, red, black wire on one side one white on other and ground. Should the tab between the two load terminals be snapped off? It’s on a double 15 breaker. Using push click done receptacles. Could it be two separate circuits?
