  • 💙 There’s a lot behind a simple “one year”. A year ago, there were new names, new faces, and a whole new environment to get to know. Today, there are familiar conversations, inside jokes, shared memories, and a rhythm that feels like your own. This September, we’re celebrating the teammates who are marking their first anniversary with us. It’s amazing how much can fit into a single year. Here’s to everything you’ve already made part of the journey - and everything still ahead 💙

  • 🚀 One more migration. One more successful launch. Ca' Pietra is now live on Shopify Plus — with B2C + B2B, complex custom logic and a full Magento + NetSuite migration delivered on time and within budget. Huge work by the Stellar team. Proud of this one. 👏

🚀 RELEASE ALERT! One more migration is completed - our friends from CA’ PIETRA is now on Shopify Over the past ~5 months, we worked closely with the Ca' Pietra team to move their business from Magento + NetSuite to Shopify Plus, bringing their B2C and B2B operations together while preserving their SEO structure and supporting some genuinely complex eCommerce logic. And we didn’t just migrate a store. We built a Shopify Plus solution around the way Ca’ Pietra actually operates: → B2C + B2B in one store, with trade pricing and different purchasing journeys → Custom tile pricing & quantity logic - square metres, boxes and individual pieces → Tile & Grout Calculators, including wastage and automatic quantity rounding → Custom Cart & Request a Quote functionality → Custom Checkout with additional fields and order data processing → Roomvo Visualizer integration → Product, customer and order migration, together with SEO-preserving redirects One of the things I’m particularly proud of is how the team handled the complexity behind the scenes. The project launched exactly as planned - without a single day of delay - and within the initial budget, despite additional requirements being introduced along the way. That’s what a successful delivery looks like to me: not simply writing code and launching a website, but taking responsibility for the outcome and finding a way through the challenges together with the client. And most importantly - both B2C and B2B are now live. 🎉 Really proud of our team today. Projects like this are a great reminder of why I love what we do at Stellar. Behind every successful launch is a lot of planning, difficult decisions, unexpected challenges, and - most importantly - a team that takes ownership from day one to launch. And a special thank you to our partners at Ca’ Pietra for the trust and collaboration throughout the journey. This is their new chapter on Shopify Plus - and we’re very happy to have been part of it. Congratulations to the whole team for supporting us at every stage and making the entire process so smooth! 👏 Nick Raymond Molton Smith Jason Young Nick Brown

  • 💙 Behind every project, deadline, and meeting are people. People with different interests, ideas, personalities, and plenty of stories to share. This week, we made time for that side of our team, too. During our online game of What? Where? When?, we stepped away from our usual responsibilities and spent time together in a different setting. We answered questions, competed, laughed, and enjoyed the evening. Because getting to know the people you work with shouldn't be limited to the work calendar. 💙

❄️ A new digital chapter of Arctic Beauty is live. For more than 12 months, we’ve been working on rethinking the digital BERING experience – and today, our new webshop is live at beringtime.com. This project has never been just about moving to Shopify. It was about creating a better way for our customers to discover and experience BERING. Because BERING is more than individual watches and jewellery pieces. One of our greatest strengths is creating cohesive collections – connected through colours, materials and Scandinavian design. Our new webshop gives us a much better stage for exactly that: more inspiring collection worlds, stronger connections between watches and jewellery, easier ways to discover matching pieces and an improved customer journey across our international markets. At the same time, Shopify gives us the flexibility to continuously improve and develop the experience from here. Seeing our vision come together is a very special milestone. A big thank you to everyone at BERING who contributed to this project and to our partner agency Stellar - Full Cycle eCommerce Development for accompanying us on this journey. Because one thing is certain: a webshop is never really finished. There is much more to come. ❄️ #BERING #ArcticBeauty #eCommerce #Shopify #CustomerExperience

  • Even a well-designed website can be too slow. LGFG Fashion House is a global bespoke clothing brand specializing in custom-made suits, shirts, and shoes. The brand works with clients in more than 20 countries and has worked with C-level executives, famous athletes, rock stars, and Hollywood movie stars. For a brand like this, the website is more than just a platform - it’s a digital business card. It presents the brand, its work, and its clients, and plays an important role in shaping the first impression of the company. The challenge was to improve the website’s performance without redesigning it or changing the user experience. We analyzed how the pages loaded and identified several sources of unnecessary load: extra scripts and external requests, oversized images, excessive HTML, early-loading third-party services, and more. In the carousel, we show what we changed and the results we achieved 👇

  • 💙 A work anniversary is more than just another date on the calendar. It’s about first days, new challenges, successful launches, lessons learned, changing projects, familiar faces, new teammates - and countless moments in between. This August, we celebrate the Stellar Soft team members who are marking another milestone with us. Thank you for being part of our story and for everything you bring to the team. Happy anniversary to everyone celebrating this month 💙

  • Sometimes a UX problem doesn't look like a UX problem. It looks like a bug, an angry customer, and another ticket for Customer Support. flav& - a brand of at-home sparkling water systems - came to us with exactly that problem. Customer Support had received several complaints from shoppers who landed on the Fizz Bundle product page but ended up buying the larger Maxi Bundle instead. Some thought there was a bug. Others felt they had been misled. We investigated. Technically, there was no issue. The cart was adding exactly what the shopper clicked. The problem was the product page. The upgrade option sat above the main Add to Cart button. Both actions used the same wording - “Add to Cart.” But the visual hierarchy told a different story: the upgrade button was black and highly visible, while the actual Add to Cart button for the Fizz Bundle was white and blended into the page. The shopper's attention was being pulled toward one action without making it clear that it meant choosing a different product. So we changed two things: 1. The upgrade CTA became “Upgrade bundle & get free delivery”, making it clear that clicking it changes the bundle.. 2. The main Add to Cart button became black and visually more prominent, giving the primary action the weight it was missing.. After that, the complaints about the “wrong” product appearing in the cart stopped. Before on the left, after on the right. No technical bug. No new functionality. Just a small change in wording and visual hierarchy that solved a real customer problem. #CRO #ConversionRateOptimization #ShopifyDevelopment #Ecommerce #UXDesign #ProductDesign

Our job isn’t to build what a client asks for. It’s to find the money sitting on their product page. Six places it was hiding on this one. Christina Cosmeceuticals - professional skincare, sold in 70+ countries. Ongoing client. Healthy traffic, AOV lower than a brand at that level should see. Nobody sent us a task. We’re in the store every week, we watch how buyers move through it, and when we see revenue leaking we come with the fix already drawn. That’s the service. Four steps, every time: - We look on our own. No ticket required. - We read behaviour, not opinions. Session recordings, scroll depth, click maps, GA4. If we can’t point to where users drop off, we don’t touch it. - Every change gets a written reason. In Figma, next to the element. A developer opens the file and builds - no interpretation needed. - Nothing ships as truth. It goes into an A/B test. If it doesn’t move the number, it was a hypothesis, not a fix. What that surfaced here: 1. No breadcrumbs. Users landed with zero orientation. Added the full path - Shop / Cleansers / Product. 2. Nothing above the fold to trust. Bestseller badge, expanded gallery. Confidence forms before the first word is read. 3. Three dense paragraphs of copy. Nobody reads those. Replaced with scannable checkmarks tied to real concerns - Oiliness, Redness, Reactive Skin. 4. One SKU, one price. Added a size selector, 250ml and 500ml. Same traffic, higher AOV ceiling. 5. Grey CTA. Grey reads as disabled, not neutral. Solid black, plus “In Stock. Ships Next Business Day.” 6. Empty bottom of the page. Added the routine bundle - BioPhyto Balancing Cream next to the hero product. One product becomes a system. Before on the left, after on the right. Not one of these is a taste call. Each is a specific point where a buyer slowed down, and a specific reason why. The job of a product page is simple. Get the buyer to the button without making them second-guess themselves. #CRO #ShopifyDevelopment #ConversionOptimization #EcommerceCRO #ProductPage
