I'm trying to figure out this line from the play "Art" by Yasmina Reza:
Yvan: On ne peut pas en dire autant te concernant

If I'm understanding it correctly:
"On ne peut pas en dire" = We cannot talk about it/speak of it
"autant te concernant" = as much as in concerning you?
What does "autant te concernant" mean?

Context:
Marc and Yvan are discussing a painting that their friend Serge bought. Yvan said that in seeing it he felt vibrations (Je ressens une vibration). Marc sees no value in the painting and challenges the fact that Yvan could feel anything from the painting.

Yvan: Tu nies que je puisse apprécier en mon nom ce tableau!
Marc: évidemment.
Yvan: Et pourquoi?
Marc: Parce que je te connais. Parce que outre tes égarements d'indulgence, tu es un garçon sain.
Yvan: On ne peut pas en dire autant te concernant.

I read it as "On ne peut pas en dire autant - te concernant" One can't say the same/as much about you/where you're concerned.
