The Bull tree: Part 1 Over the decades, Bull’s identity has taken many forms. One moment stands out. In 1977, Bull introduced the tree as both a logo and a symbol. At the time, it was defined as: “A universal symbol of knowledge, growth, and vitality.” “The tree also represents, for the company, the idea that computing power brings its own creative capacity to overcome constraints.” Each element of the logo was deliberately constructed and carried a meaning.
