Ask a board what its AI portfolio returned last year. In most companies, the honest answer is: nobody knows. Not because the models underperform. Because nobody owns the question. Initiatives started by different teams, scored by different KPIs, no shared view of what they cost or what they return. Gartner expects 4 in 5 data and analytics leaders to be recalculating their AI value expectations by 2027. That isn't AI failing. It's deployment reality catching up with the conversation. On oublie que sa fiabilité se joue bien avant, là où la donnée est produite, transformée, recopiée. Un chiffre juste posé sur une donnée non tracée reste un risque. Un chiffre juste posé sur une donnée non tracée reste un risque. C'est ce qui rend les arrêtés Solvency II aussi coûteux : on passe plus de temps à prouver d'où viennent les chiffres qu'à les analyser. Et à chaque arrêté, on recommence. Janvier 2027 approche. Avant de vérifier que votre reporting est prêt, vérifiez que vos données le sont : d'où elles viennent, par où elles passent, qui en répond.
