What a week in Barcelona. 🇪🇸 At 𝗟𝗦𝗜 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 ’𝟮𝟲, our CEO and Co-Founder Bertrand Moal took the stage to share the DESKi story with investors and medtech leaders from around the world. The message was clear: 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗰 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗔𝗜-𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲. DESKi has spent the past years building and validating that foundation: FDA clearance and CE marking, clinical evidence, commercial deployment, and a growing ecosystem that brings HeartFocus across handheld and cart-based ultrasound. Now, our focus is increasingly on 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗘𝗠 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 - working with ultrasound manufacturers to bring AI-guided cardiac image acquisition to more clinicians, across more systems and more care settings. LSI Europe was also an important opportunity for us to begin conversations with the investment community around the capital that can support this next stage of expansion. Its HeartFocus platform uses real-time artificial intelligence to guide users through cardiac ultrasound image acquisition, validate image quality, and support progression from learning to clinical competency. Rather than relying on a single ultrasound device, DESKi is building a broader HeartFocus Ecosystem designed to work across handheld ultrasound, and existing cart-based ultrasound systems through HeartFocus LINK. Our latest randomized study presented at ESC Congress 2026 demonstrates how AI can fundamentally change that. 🫀 After just 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, novice medical students using HeartFocus achieved dramatically higher rates of diagnostic-quality echocardiographic images than those receiving traditional expert-led instruction alone. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀: 📈 𝟲.𝟱× 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗱𝗱𝘀 of success with in-person AI-assisted training  📈 𝟯.𝟲× 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗱𝗱𝘀 with fully remote AI-assisted training versus traditional expert-led instruction. The benefit was seen across all 10 standard echocardiographic views. Perhaps the most exciting finding is that 𝗔𝗜-𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, opening the door to scalable, high-quality ultrasound education anywhere in the world.
