🔔Pierre Verzat has been appointed Chairman of SEGULA Technologies’ new Supervisory Board. With forty years’ experience in industry and engineering, including thirteen at the helm of SYSTRA, he brings to the Group his expertise in major international projects and a strong commitment to corporate governance. Alongside him, Nathalie Smirnov and Hervé Guillou have joined the Board as independent members. Their careers in leading roles within the industry are a valuable asset for the Group’s growth. The Committee also includes representatives from Eurazeo and Eiffel Investment Group, which became SEGULA’s majority shareholders following its financial restructuring. This strengthened governance structure supports a transformation that has been led for over a year by Cyril Roger and his teams. In aerospace, the pace keeps picking up. Teams have to be recruited, trained and qualified quickly, without ever compromising on quality. In this context, passing on expertise becomes a real driver of industrial performance. Across our aerospace activities in south-west France, Ludovic MULLER, Business Unit Manager, and Mattéo Seros, engineering apprentice, experience this every day. Ludovic shares his hands-on experience, his methods and his overall vision of projects. Mattéo brings a fresh perspective, new practices and questions that, in turn, help move our ways of working forward. Because transmission works both ways: it passes on hard-won experience while everyone keeps learning from one another. Avec l’achèvement de sa restructuration financière, l’arrivée de nouveaux actionnaires et une gouvernance renouvelée, SEGULA dispose aujourd’hui de bases solides pour accélérer la transformation engagée depuis plus d’un an. These centres bring together leading expertise. They cover the entire project lifecycle, from tendering to delivery. Their mission is to develop key skills and coordinate the sharing of best practice on an international scale. 📌 Zaragoza, #Spain: A centre specialising in the comprehensive design of new rolling stock (#wagons and #locomotives) as well as the retrofitting and modernisation of existing fleets. Its expertise encompasses #industrialisation, systems, subsystems and #TCMS, as well as electrical and electromechanical integration for all types of trains. 📌 Derby, #UnitedKingdom: A centre dedicated to the testing and commissioning of complete fleets – from subsystems to entire trains. This centre provides essential added value through root cause analysis, real-time modifications and expert recommendations on #design and processes, from initial analysis through to final acceptance. 📌 Vado Ligure, #Italy: Specialising in #signalling and the roll-out of the #ERTMS (European Rail Traffic Management System), this Centre of Excellence oversees the entire modernisation cycle for trains and locomotives with a view to ensuring fleet interoperability on European Class A and Class B networks.
