Create a discord.py bot to help users with the pixelya.fun website.
Contains :
- A /area download tool that downloads the map
- a /history download tool that makes you able to download the history of the website
- /rankings commands making you able to access stats directly from your server
- /webhook commands to add a status update webhook to your server and monitor pixelya's ups and down
- Preview of pixelya links in chat (Vasco-de-Gama like)
