can't upgrade packages

I have just installed unigetui today through winget. It opens and is able to see all the apps I have installed. However, when I try to upgrade some it fails. The error is below and happens to each app I've tried (keepass, 7zip) and now is failing on VLC. If I try to upgrade these apps through winget command line it upgrades with no problems. I've tried to remove and install onegetui through ms app store and winget. I've tried to reset the sources through winget and through onegetui. Same error each time I try to upgrade apps.
