Controle centralised heating

I try to figure out how to use better thermostat for our home.
I have 6 rooms and 9 TRv's that will be controlled using better thermostat.
The central heating has an on/off switch to suply hot water when the TRV's require this.
Where do i configure the main switch for the hot water? The trv's themselves cannot switch this. There is a seperate zigbee on/off switch to control the water heating for the radiators.
Any details where i can find information about this would really help.

• Create binary sensor for each room - when TRV changes to heating - change this sensor to ON - you can call it KITCHEN REQUIRES HEATING.
• Create binary sensor which will combine all rooms together - If any of rooms require heating ON then turn it ON - call it HOUSE REQUIRES HEATING.
• This sensor connect with your switch in boiler to turn it ON / OFF.
• Later introduce some delays in these procedures to give system a little flexibility - you can give different delays for different rooms - also recommend to run boiler few minutes after all TRV close - you can play with these settings.

Maybe it can be done in better way - but it works for me.

But it would be nice if someone creates some integration for many rooms wich controls central heater using some AI trying to optimize this process. For example delays a bit one room heating and speeding up another one ... and learning patterns. It's much more efficient when more rooms are heating in the same time, not like one room .. after 20 minutes another room .... and another ... and again first ...
